On the 13th of November 2021, I had the pleasure of co-facilitating a workshop titled “Reconnectingwith Play” with Aida Redza. It was a one day face-to-face workshop at the beautiful Tropical Spice Garden in Penang, Malaysia.
The idea of
this workshop was to enjoy the experience of play using through movements, story
making and story sharing. It was also to get people reconnecting with others
physically, after the long period of being socially isolated.
Although it
was raining we still enjoyed the view of the beautiful forest outside the glass studio!
We had
eight participants which included two children ages 11 and 12.
At the end
of the workshop to participants did two skids which expressed with joy,
creativity and playfulness.
