My YouTube Channel : Vanitha Chandrasegaram

I have recently created a YouTube channel, Vanitha Chandrasegaram , mainly as a response to the increased number of people who have been going through experiences of anxiety and depression since the world had been hit by Covid -19. My intention is to give a few suggestions to try out , which may help in feeling better. This is my first video which I had posted a couple of days ago.
